Labor charges
Repair Service Fee
Based on the issues found with your device, the labor hours and repair service fees will be evaluated on the quotation sheet. The standard repair service cost is $65/h.
Notes
- If the assessment shows that Care Pro is responsible for the product's issue under warranty, your product will be repaired or replaced for free.
- If no fault is found and no component needs to be replaced after diagnosis, or the issue is fixed after reconfiguration, no service fee will be charged for the products under warranty. A one-hour labor and return shipping fee will be charged for products out of warranty.
- Product models and their service fees are regularly updated. If you have any questions, please contact support@tecarepro.com.
- The price of repair parts may fluctuate due to production batches, production time, and suppliers. The quotation sent to you for your product’s repair shall take precedence.
- The service fee is charged for built-in batteries, and no service fee is required for detachable batteries.
- The prices of the accessories displayed on the page solely represent a portion of the core components. It is possible that the product may have other damaged components. For specific repair pricing, please refer to the actual quotation for details.
